might be the best choral album of our time.i had goosebumps from start to finish.great concept, brilliant execution.calling all dawns was great, the drop that contained the ocean even better but this is on a whole different level. a masterpiece.and the most successful classical kickstarter ever.an oratorio about the dream, invention and evolution of flight.as usual many different languages.amazing orchestrations, based on his theme from civilisation vi.incredible album.almost too good to be true.

Not as great as his previous 2 albums, but still very nicely done work!

It is pretty fabulous. I have been listening to it nonstop since it was released. There is a webcast where you can hear some of the orchestral score without the vocals (I might even prefer the main theme without the choir). Apparently Tin is considering an official release of the underscore, which I hope he does. "We Choose to Go to the Moon," his setting of JFK's famous speech, is just incredibly thrilling.

I think this Youtube program will only be available for a short time, so be sure to check it out right away if you are interested in the underscore.

Thanks for the webcast link, the music sounds indeed also very lovely without vocals!

I think I'm starting to like To Shiver The Sky more than Calling All Dawns.

Not exactly the same, but Thomas Bergersen's latest release, Humanity Part 1 is one of the most mind blowing choral experiences for me. I'll have to check out this Christopher Tin album.

humanity 1 is a fun dessert, but to shiver the sky the 5 star menu afterwards.if you were blown away by bergersen then get ready to fly to the moon.

Tin is releasing pure orchestral versions of some of the tracks from this album at the end of this week -- really looking forward to this!
