The Naxos one for sure. It uses as close to the original composition as possible. The Hanssler (and the other previous recording on Capriccio) use a bigger orchestra than Shostakovich intended as well.
That said, I do recommend tracking down the 7CD box set on Capriccio that includes it if you can find it.
