Just a reminder about film composers who worked here : Delerue, Legrand, Demarsan, Jarre, Portal, Barry, Rombi, Desplat, Cosma and so on... Now the studios are gone, destroyed (...) French Abbey Road Studios are no longer. Thanks to politics I won't comment here. please check : davout.com What's your favorite score recorded at Studios Davout ? I do remember reading, though, they every so often you'd have to stop a recording and do a re-take because of how close the studio was to a train line. John Barry commented his experience and challenge of scoring Moonraker there. Nevertheless a great recording facility, now gone.
