THE MANDALORIAN---Giancarlo Esposito gave hints about Seasons 3 and 4, “The next season of THE MANDALORIN is going to be very interesting because you’re going to start to find out the power of The Child, what The Child really means. You will also start to uncover the origins of the Darksaber that Moff Gideon has and how that plays into previous Star Wars history connected to THE CLONE WARS and other shows. And you’ll start to get a real dramatic sense of the territory.”
He added, “We’re living in a universe that is huge and has so much to explore. So I think this show is going to start to lay the groundwork for the depth and breadth that’s going to come in season 3 and season 4, where you’re really gonna start to get answers.”

THE LORD OF THE RINGS---Morfydd Clark, who will play Galadriel in Amazon's $1 billion, five season prequel tv series, said the production is of epic proportions and the number of people involved is "mind-blowing". She added, "One guy’s job consists just of seeing how dust reacts to footsteps and breath! That would never have even crossed my mind before. Other than something like Marvel, I don’t think things could get much bigger than this."

LMAO!!!! Yeah, no F'ing way that's an accurate poll! Whittaker would be at the bottom of the list. Capaldi would be below Smith. Eccleston would be higher in the list and Tom Baker would either be first or second depending on the average age of the pollsters.

The current person inhabiting the role almost always gets a huge bump in popularity, so Whittaker being ranked where she is isn't too much of a surprise. The real test will be to see how she ranks after she retires and a few more actors have played The Doctor.

I do have to wonder if David Tenant will be showing this list to his father-in-law the next time they have a family zoom call or other socially distanced get together. wink

I agree, part of the flaw in the pole could be based on ppls short memory spans. The newer Doctors rated higher because they're currently in the public mind.
