I remember that the masters for Danny Elfman's score to the "Family Dog" episode were M.I.A. or they would've included that score.
Ralph Burns, Brad Fiedel, John Mayer, Steve Dorff, Jonathan Tunik, Miles Goodman, Phil Marshall, Glenn Paxton, Kenneth Wannberg and Jimmy Webb were left out. From what I can see Bill Conti didn't score any episode of AMAZING STORIES.
I don't see this discussed that much anymore as best I could tell, was wondering if anyone still spins these from time to time and how they feel about the music, being it's basically a smorgasbord of episodic television. It's been years since I've gotten around to listening to these.
Tom, I missed your thread last year, but I had a thread on this theme back in the day. We got into discussion about our Amazing Stories favorites, cues from shows in the old series that did not make it onto the Intrada albums, and more recent chat about the series' disappointing 2020 return to Apple TV:
I've lost track of how many times I've spun these albums. Plus, they're great "bite-sized" listens for when I don't want to commit to a 70+ full score.
