Found this test online, which measures Tone Deafness.

This is actually part of a research project, so you'd be helping the people doing the research, but also, it's just interesting to learn how well your ears discern music.

I scored 29 out of 32 -- which is (to me) a bit disappointing. frown

If you want a real challenge, try the music IQ test. Its pitch memory component is tricky. At least for people without perfect or excellent relative pitch.

I did better than I thought I would since I also have tinnitus/hearing loss. I listened with earbuds and scored 31 out of 32. Better than 98% of most.
