Not impressed from listening to the FYC tracks. Boring stuff.

Thanks for the link. it's really quite atmospheric and dark in places and then unexpectedly hopeful in other areas, especially with the piano. Looking forward to listening to it after understanding it in context of the film.

I listened to the FYC a couple of weeks ago and didn't like it. However, listening to the samples at Apple Music, I'm definitely warming to it and will pick up a copy late tonight on Qobuz.

It is pretty Ok, but there very interesting Newman-esque piano riffs and electronics, it wasn't bad, but Newman have much better and enjoyable scores.

I don't think the album is in chronological film order. Does anyone have the right order yet?

Not the most instant of Newman's scores but a real grower after a few listens.

Nearly 18 months on, I'm still enjoying this score. Not one for people who want something to whistle in the wash rooms but beautifully dark and atmospheric. Severely underrated in my opinion.

Definitely come to appreciate this more with recent plays. It’s often one I put on in the background when I’m working. I didn’t love it when I first heard it but it’s one I’ve found myself coming back to more and more.
