This was a big undertaking - one of those rarities where a composer offered to personalize hundreds of orders for fans. Chris is working on a couple films and we got back almost all the signatures late last week. I am frantically mailing as quick as I can so please bear with us. Anybody who ordered with Jeff Beal's CD, we are still waiting on the autographs but if I have to, I can start mailing those and owe those customers the signed booklet when they place a future order (or if worse comes to worse, I can ship those to you asap).
NfN tracking number is exactly as useful as those provided by LLL and Intrada. Neither of those is really trackable outside US. Except maybe where it lands after departing US but not always. I have received Tattooed Torah a few days ago yet according to tracking it still hasn't reached EU. On the other hand one of my recent Intrada orders stopped by in Qatar on the way from CA to CZ.
Well, my tracking number started with "R", so it will be trackable.
As for Intrada/LLL (and other) - when they shipped with tracking numbers started with "L", I could trace package from beginning to the end. Now they use tracking numbers with "U, so it's some kind of lottery - I mean that Disaster Box arrived to me in 14 days (or so), but Friday the 13th part 8 was shipped much earlier, but seems to be lost
Is this going to ship eventually? I realize it was a preorder, but now it's been like a month since the release date. Have others received their physical copy? Description says "CD & digital download". Downloaded the digital. WAITING for the CD. And I keep forgetting. Just thought of this today... did it ship yet? No, it doesn't look like it.
It has shipped, we were waiting on CY as he was on a couple of projects so he was signing a few here and there and getting them to us as best he could. Any order issues, respond to your order and ask the question.
The order page says I should download "Shop app" to track my order. I don't have a smart phone. I don't think my order has shipped. I assume a tracking number/link will show up on the order page when it has. And/or I'll get an email notification... is that correct? Frankly I am worried about how long this is taking.

You can reply to your order and ask these questions, as well there are emails on the FAQ page too. I would suggest doing that, contact the label directly.
