Well, I've always pronounced it "Zath-muh-ree," but to be honest, I can't remember hearing my grandmother say it, so maybe that's all in my head!
That's the right pronounciation Schiffy, only the first letter is more of an es (S) like in "see" rather than zed. It is a Hungarian name and I'm also Hungarian that's how I know.
