The upcoming Netflix sequel series to the original "He-Man" animated series (no characters are re-designed, so the word is).
Anyway, back in February (maybe I missed it if anybody posted it here) Kevin Smith let us hear the first cue Bear sent in. Total pass for me on the show if that's how the scoring sounds, but for fans of his:
Its a good effort. I think She-Ra is more enjoyable. Bear's theme is not as catchy. And for some reason the mix of his score is really on the low side.
Everyone check out She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.
“He-Man Transforms” and “The Power of Grayskull” are some of the best music we’ve had all year! This is seriously FUN scoring. Reminds me quite a bit of Kull the Conqueror

Yeah it's pretty damn kick-ass fun. Big, thematic stuff, epic adventure and metal It would have been nice to have the CD available now, but I don't mind double dipping for this one, I'm having a ball with this.
I'd prefer a pressed CD but if that's not in the cards, a high quality CDR is fine. I not had any issues with any of the CDR's I've purchased in the last few years. Even the Watertower release of San Andreas, with the insultingly lazy back inlay card ( the back cover art is just BLACK with the movie title and a Watertower credit, no other credits or any tracklisting ) plays fine.
