But then he does go on to accuse you of some serious crimes!!!
"(Love TG) Thief, Sorcerer, Wavelength, Firestarter, Flashpoint and Risky Business"
Do you plead guilty to those following crimes, you Robber!! Warlock!! Arsonist!! Trouble Maker!! Dodgy Dealer!!
Apparently I own Firestarter, Sorcerer and Heartbreakers (wow, the stuff I bought when eBay used to do auctions! ) but haven’t played any of them for donkeys’ years. Good old Tangerine Gream!
"Correction - he didn't like Ford Thaxton. The original fanboy who Jerry said "has no life" ---------------------------- I remember reading on here that he was quite mocking/scathing towards Lukas* and I thought he didn't like Jeff Bond either?
He did happily sign dozens and dozens of autographs after the various concerts I went to in London. Granted, he preferred to sign those things behind closed doors, but that was probably shyness/tiredness/privacy rather than a dislike of fans per se. The fact he did those concerts in the first place should tell us something. I think he revelled in the fact that his music was appreciated, just not so much that he was appreciated.
That's actually a truncated version of the interview though. The full version (with the bit where Yost reels-off Goldsmith's credits) was close to 30 minutes. It used to be on line, but I can't find it now.
I have to say, the Yost interview features what must be Jerry's best hairstyle!

*something regarding The Swarm and Wu Tang Clan?
A scathing review of Air Force One by Jeff Bond faxed directly to Mr. Goldsmith?
Edit: Jeff Bond telling Mr. Goldsmith that " he worshiped him like a God" (to Mr Goldsmith's huge annoyance)? Not sure about Lukas, but Mr. Goldsmith did prefer looking at the corner of a room rather than acknowledge him in one instance.
Didn't he also tell Richard Kraft to go packing when Kraft had a massive stack of LPs to get autographed? The lesson in Kraft's case is that persistence does pay off.
