From 1967 on the Command label, Fielding presents originals and well known tunes associated from the middle East. Very well recorded, good liner notes. Fielding uses a lot of exotic instruments. Musicians include Dick Nash, Tommy Tedesco, and a quartet of prime-time L.A. percussionists: Emil Richards, Larry Bunker, Shelley Manne, and Victor Feldman. Years ago, I liberated this one from the dollar bin also.
