Can anybody provide EAN/bar code numbers of all 3 CD editions (standard 2CD, digipack 2CD, 2CD+2Blu-Ray)?
Thanks a lot in advance.

This is 'Album Of The Week' on Classic FM and it's being featured heavily throughout today, to mark his 90th birthday.
They've just played the March from SUPERMAN and it was one of the slowest, most lethargic performances I have ever heard of it. eek

Not sure of the other versions, but the product number of the 2CD + 2 Blu version is 486 1713.
The barcode number is 028948617135. I ordered mine on Ebay through HMV and it came on Friday just gone. Hope this helps.

So, why isn't Amazon in the U.S. carrying the blu ray four disc set of both the visual and audio presentations of this new concert? This makes no sense whatsoever. Amazon here in the states has always carried everything pertaining to John Williams, and has carried every representation of the Williams Vienna concerts, including the blu ray. Why, for Gosh sakes, wouldn't they carry the four disc blu ray set of the new Berlin concert? They certainly have, and are offering, for sale virtually every version of the CD and Vinyl. I just don't get it. Why exclude the new blu rays of the concert? What am I missing?

The Blu Ray edition is on Amazon US as a $46 import

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KN2QCP4

If you'd rather support someone else other than Amazon, you can buy it from Presto for $23.50

That's listed as a 2 CD set only with no mention of a blu ray edition or 4 disc set. I'm confused. Also, the Presto release is listed as "All Region." I'm not sure that it will play on American blue ray players. Why is this so hard?

Look at the second picture. It's the right edition.

Here's further proof this is the correct ASIN for the Blu Ray edition:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09KN2QCP4
https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B09KN2QCP4
https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B09KN2QCP4
https://www.amazon.it/dp/B09KN2QCP4
etc

Also, the Presto release is listed as "All Region." I'm not sure that it will play on American blue ray players.

It will!

Why is this so hard?

We don't know why DG is choosing to not sell the Blu Ray edition in the US market. Maybe it's coming later? Regardless, it's DG's fault it's not on Amazon US as a non-import, not Amazon's fault.

99.9% of video (Blu-ray or DVD) releases from classical music labels like DG are All Region/Region 0 and will play anywhere in the world without issue. Region coding is mostly a Hollywood thing I'm pretty sure.

I guess that my basic confusion is over Amazon and why, all of a sudden, are they balking at carrying the four disc blu ray version of the concert? They're stocking every other incarnation of this release except the blu ray video. It's not like them to exclude the most important and comprehensive of these inter - related releases. I just don't get it. It makes no sense from purely a business standpoint. Why make available all of the other releases of the Berlin concert, and yet exclude the most complete and comprehensive edition?

I agree with an earlier post about how confusing the different releases of this are! I would like to order the 2 CD/2 Blu-Ray version with the Dolby Atmos. On some of the sites (for instance, the US Amazon Import Version) where it looks like the two blu-rays have a gold label but sites like Presto Music has them with white labels, similar to the two audio CDs.

Is there a difference?

There are only 3 physical versions: LP, 2-CD, and the 2-CD & Video BD & Audio BD combo.

Presto Music has the combo. I don't think any distributors in the US have it.
