What the... sheesh, are people all just getting oversensitive and touchy? Is it the pandemic? It's just a message board. No need to get at each other's throats. It's quite weird how riled up people sometimes get here over nothing.

Lukas, If you're reading: I would like to know the criteria for kicking somebody off the boards. If it is simply deploying "a dick move," as you said of Onya's post, then why are so many of the rest of us still posting? Just recently we had an ongoing battle between two individuals and the comments, from both sides, were insulting personal attacks. Yet, they are still here. In the past there have been other incidents like this without repercussions. So why Onya? Not criticizing or defending him, but I don't think he was trying to be insulting. Not his style. It is not my wish that anybody be banned, but once you do it, then that begs the question: Why him (or her) and not x or y? if it is simply that he demanded it, then, okay, but that demand was a heated response. In general I don't care for banning people unless it is warranted. If his comments warranted it, then, again, why him and not others? Thank you, Greg Marshall

I think phelps asked to be deleted. Very different from banning.

It seems Onya wrote: "I demand that you ban me from the board. Immediately. Either that or lighten the @#$% up." LOL. I mean, come on... that's just pushing it. What else is a moderator to do but to say "have it your way then".

I don't agree with the "steaming dumps" comment. His style was more along the lines of not liking Spielberg, not liking Star Wars, not liking Bond movies after Diamonds Are Forever, that sort of thing. Stating his likes, dislikes, preferences, and so on. I can't recall any detailed dumpings on scores--and if there were, then is that reason to ban him?--and I certainly can't recall attacks on any individuals. Again, why him? Or--why just him?
