You waited this long so I'd hold out to make it an even 8 missing packages. But seriously, I would have gone "postal" over one missing package. All packages have tracking so the USPS could narrow down where these are getting "lost." I was told back in January that some sorting machines take photos (might be just the first location where the package enters the stream), so they could also check that. If they're not actually getting to the PO, maybe it's some kind of scam by the sender. A scam by the seller did cross my mind, but surely they would need proof of postage before making a claim. Depends on the scam, but they wouldn't be my first suspects until I had more facts. There should be tracking info if the seller is printing out labels, or buying the postage at a PO. Unless they're buying stamps, avoiding the free tracking, and dropping the package in a street mail box. Maybe they're using a USPS service at a retail store, and someone is pilfering there. Regardless of the cause, that many missing packages is too much of a coincidence.
