I'm hoping La La Land will release THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK too, the old FSM release is too pricey for me now. I love THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK score, it would be nice to have a 7 disc set with alternates and what not!
I'm not much of a Horner fan, But I Just purchased Glory And TWOK. I never owned TWOK but when I listened to the clips on LaLaLand I remembered it from the movie. Really great stuff! I do agree that it has a Goldsmith feel while still being very much Horner. Glory is one of my all time favorites. Always great to add scores to my collection from a composer I don't usually like. BTW: All time favorite Horner score- Braveheart!!!
Any news today? I snoozed and I loozed, from now on I order the second the title goes on sale.

Is it not out of LLL's hands? I believe all but one CD plant has closed down in the US. There's this raging pandemic going on. If the CD's are being produced in Mexico (and I don't know if they are or not) There's currently a thousand deaths a day from Covid in that country! There's a shortage of boats shipping essentials around the globe too. The world is f'ck up right now.

Well that update's discouraging, I was hoping for this week.
We will finally have the second batch arriving Monday. We have so many back orders, both on our website and with our wholesale friends that we will NOT be putting this back on the website to purchase until we get in the 3rd batch which will not be until mid to late October.
So glad I ordered on day one and got this. I was thinking no rush because 10,000 units would be around for two years, and they might be, but the short term hasn't gone according to plan. But it will all even out, near-term.

I’ve been listening to this pretty much every day from beginning to end.
I'm not at this level, but I have been surprised at how often I have turned to this since getting it early on - thought I knew it by heart and didn't need so much of a fix as apparently I do. It's a pretty splendid release!

It is now 44 days and counting for my order, that I placed on the day pre-orders started, and it still shows "Pending" on my Screen Archives order page. I sent an email awhile back asking for an update, but have yet to receive even a "Too bad" reply. I figure if nothing changes by the end of next week, I'll force a refund and mark them off my list of places to do business with.
