You can't mention Tinto Brass with mentioning the Penthouse-funded CALIGULA and the score by "Paul Clemente" (i.e., Bruno Nicolai).
I mentioned it in my earlier post; "And Caligula (Isis Pool!) by Bruno Nicolai, errr sorry, Paul Clemente." Never seen the film, but I really like Isis Pool, that's Nicolai on par with Morricone's best work.
90% of the titles mentioned here aren't really porn movies. They're erotic thrillers or dramas, or exploitation fare. But one that DOES qualify is Schulze's BODY LOVE -- a rare example of a high profile composer scoring a proper porn. It would have been forgotten to time if it hadn't been for the score. Glad to see goozer giving it a mention further up.

Hey Thor, soft porn is still porn, even if you call them erotic thrillers or dramas. Nobody said it has to be hard.
True, but many of the titles aren't even soft porn. I mean, seriously, BASIC INSTINCT is a bonafide erotic thriller, for example. Just because a film has sex scenes doesn't make it a porn.
I DID! And they're all amazing! Years ago I heard tell of a 5th volume, but I was never able to track it down or even confirm its existence.
Yeah, I have all 4 volumes and they are fantastic. Great music as well as excepts of hilarious dialogue from some of the films. Never heard of a 5th volume. I don't think it exists.
The dubbing/scoring sessions in Volere Volare. This Italian comedy is very, very funny. Can we have a DVD with English subtitles, please? My Tartan release VHS is getting very worn.

I'm with Thor here. Not much soundtracks to [hardcore] porn movies are to be found in this thread. Let's change this a bit, shall we?
Deep Throat (which have been mentioned before) and Devil in Miss Jones are classics of hardcore porn movies. The Ninn movies SEX, LATEX and SHOCK are more modern movies of the genre.
Meh-nah Mah-nah was a track from an italian soft core movie, as I understand it.
More seriously, the music from The Kansas City Trucking trilogy is pretty serious music for any genre, never mind porn. The main theme is contemplative and searching, it's good stuff.
It's from "Sweden, Heaven or Hell". Big hit with "The Muppets".
Stephen ...we need the full score from this movie to be released on CD . I did speak to James about this many moons ago and he replied that what we do not have is already out as much of score was repeated . I hope that makes sense. However the main title is missing from existing CD along with other unreleased variants Barry composed.
I'd love to check out more of Alain Goraguer's music for porn movies. To me, he's first and foremost the man behind LA PLANET SAUVAGE, of course, but he's done his fair share of lewd material (he's still around at 90, by the way). Does anyone have his MUSIQUE CLASSEE X album? I would post the graphic cover here, but I believe I would be stepping over the line, censorship-wise. You can see it on Discogs instead:

Isn't the main theme for Night Games an adaptation of Skip To My Lou, which obviously Barry just arranged? I was under the impression all the main cues were already on that Silva CD? It goes without saying that I haven't seen the movie...
