You would need a second program, something that will record audio playing on your computer...such as Audacity. Then you would need to listen to it and record it via Audacity (make sure everything else is closed and not making noise on your computer or you will get those sounds as well), then use the program to break it into tracks and export it as MP3 or your preferred audio file type, label them, and import them into iTunes.
