Words cannot begin to express how amateurish the checkout process is on that website. First, I tried to use PayPal, and it tells me the transaction didn't go through (even though there is a hold on my credit card). I finally placed the order without PayPal, but now the website doesn't allow me to view the actual in-process order. The sale is good, and free shipping is appreciated. But the frustration is hardly worth it...

Anybody get shipping notice on any orders placed during this sale? (In the USA if that matters...) Nothing for me yet, either. And I'm in the USA, too. 1. My credit card was charged last Monday, November 30th. It is posted to my bank account also (not pending). 2. Email confirmation of the order shows the order number, but does not show any of the items ordered. 3. Website lists the order status as "In Progress", same as it did a week ago. 4. Website does not allow me to look inside the actual order (telling me the email address isn't the one I used for the order, even though I received an email confirmation from Disney at that same email address). 5. One of the items I ordered was the Star Wars: A New Hope deluxe LP. It was in stock when I placed my order, but now shows as out of stock. I am guessing this might delay things? 6. I seem to remember the sale page showing the free shipping option as taking 5-8 business days. But there was also a disclaimer about how it might take longer. However, it was unclear if they meant it would SHIP, or if it would take that long just to process the order. 7. I have already mentally prepared myself for not receiving this order until well into January. Maybe I'll be surprised. Either way, communication is key. Stores need to do a much better job of managing customer expectations, and keeping them informed regarding delays. And I'm not just talking about Disney - I'm talking about ALL merchants (soundtrack and otherwise).

(First time buyer) Shocked coming from a billion dollar company. Makes it all the more painful that apparently the Hunchback CD is only available thru them!
