And listen to those 2 tracks, its a must and it was never released on cd ! You should rather ask Beat Records about this Pregadio title. They have the rights for the music as the former music publisher was Nazionalmusic whose titles are nowadays managed by Beat. Sometimes Nora Orlandi could almost get away with sounding like edda, but that sounds like Edda to me, especially the distinctive breathing technique she used. Nice track. Definitely flirted with buying the Dvd/Cd combo more than a few times, but the thought of placing it housed in a jewel case with my homemade covers deflates my enthusiasm. Yes as you know Laurent, I really dig organ-driven (sound)tracks, the first piece by Roberto Pregadio is pretty cool indeed. The 2nd track with Edda sounds like it features a string synthesizer rather than an organ. The so-called string-machines started to become very popular around the mid '70s and you can hear them in many Italian soundtracks from the latter half of the '70s. Speaking of Pregadio; I like very much his scores to the westerns Un Buco in fronte, L'ultimo killer and Il pistolero dell'Ave Maria. The first one in particular features lots of moody organ, including some pieces with liturgical organ (part of the movie is set in a monastery) and melancholy classical guitar played by the great Mario Gangi. The old GDM CD is missing quite a lot of important material so I'd love to see an expanded/complete CD release of this very fine score. But... this is because i detest the awful disco scores that became prominent in italy in the late 70s, early 80s, irregardless of the composer. I simply dont like that sound. Its up there with saloon music and circus clown music, for me. Gimme 60s bossa over shitty disco any day. Thanks for the info Stefan, I suspected that the track was originally composed for a movie but I wasn't sure...now I know Let's hope the TEMPO DI IMMAGINI score will be released by Sugar in the future. EDIT: I wonder what audio source was used for the track posted on Soundcloud? the sound quality is definitely better than the old CAM Lp. Wow- What a bizarre coincidence. Recently I've been putting together a Giallo soundtrack playlist, and had just this week been trying to figure out where the title track of "Dragonfly" came from. I knew the movie used previous music, most notably from Bay Of Blood and Blood and Black Lace. But had no idea where the title music came from. Thanks so much for clearing up that mystery. CAM Sugar has (quietly) recently released some reissues and first time releases digitally after their great "Paura" compilation. Notably Marcello Giombini's Un Gioco Per Eveline (A Game For Eveline).
