Any chances for this Giallo score ? Its only available with a dvd and look at the price ? And listen to those 2 tracks, its a must and it was never released on cd ! You should rather ask Beat Records about this Pregadio title. They have the rights for the music as the former music publisher was Nazionalmusic whose titles are nowadays managed by Beat. So they are the ones who could release a CD of the score.

Thanks for posting, NO NAME. Micke, these tracks are for you, especially the first one with its prominent use of the organ. Is Edda singing the 2d track ? It seems so to my ears. Sometimes Nora Orlandi could almost get away with sounding like edda, but that sounds like Edda to me, especially the distinctive breathing technique she used. Nice track. Pregadio not massively known but wrote some nice Ennio-lite.

Here's another groovy track by Pregadio featuring Edda, fuzz-guitar and electric organ - used in the French/Turkish movie Le Ricain as well as A Dragonfly for each corpse (both films released in 1975): https://soundcloud.com/dj-el-topo-1/amore-e-violenza-roberto-pregadio As far as I know this track was originally released in 1972 on a CAM library album. And had originally been composed for a very obscure Giallo picture with the title TEMPO DI IMMAGINI in 1970 which didn´t pass censorship for several years and therefore didn´t get an official release before 1988. Sugar has the tapes for that TEMPO DI IMMAGINI score.

But... this is because i detest the awful disco scores that became prominent in italy in the late 70s, early 80s, irregardless of the composer. I simply dont like that sound. Its up there with saloon music and circus clown music, for me. Gimme 60s bossa over shitty disco any day. There, i said it and im not ashamed. No reason to be ashamed, i don t like them either, i almost hate them !
