I'm surprised France is so low.
Oh, I've just noticed the header of the article, & you don't think of the French being drunk, just enjoying their wine. I'd think that Russia would be at the top by a country mile, maybe they can't get the number for that country.
Ah, Rameau, I think you've struck something. Russia should be somewhere up in the top 2 or 3 spot. I'd forgotten about the country since it wasn't even mentioned in the article. Russia's numbers are there I'm sure, but more than likely not accessible to the writers of the article.
