What a disappointing turn of events. This was their response: "Thanks for reaching out! This is a compact disc that we got manufactured. Have a nice day!" Hmm... That's a bit dickish of them. It's a fair question from a potential customer. My email to Waxwork made its way up the ladder, and I just received this reply: Hi Josh, Thanks for your email and alerting us of this issue. No, this was not intentional. Waxwork was not aware that the manufacturer ran these as CD-Rs since we've never done that in the past. We are having them remade as CDs and will send you a replacement. Pretty freaky if they dint know this was happening! (For those just joining us, the first batch was mistakenly manufactured as a CD-R; the replacements will be factory-pressed silver discs.)
