Iam thinking that the Goldsmith stuff could probably be all the other stuff from STAR TREK: THE MOTION PICTURE Disc 3 that was not included on the new reissue to be included here? We shall see !

Really? Not a Best Of from his contributions? That's an interesting prediction. Separated from the 3CD presentation, that feels like it might be a wacky set of tracks to feature. We shall see indeed!

Why would we want TMP Disc 3? I guess I want some unreleased stuff.

Haha! Yes!

But I don't think that it will be some Goldsmith stuff released already. I suppose some alternates from his movies and/or maybe he wrote some cues more for Voyager not only the theme.
Nevertheless I hope the complete music from the last Voyager-Borg two parter is included as well as some more music from "The Way Of The Warrior", "The Visitor" and "Sacrifice Of Angels".

For the last "Voyager-Borg Two Parter" if you're referring to the series finale "End Game" that was already released in complete form with the latest Voyager CD set.

Since this is likely the final release of the Rick Berman era tv shows, I'm looking forward to anything I can get. I'm guessing it will all be from the television series TNG through ENT. I could be wrong, but since all of the movies have been pretty thoroughly covered, it makes sense to get out as much unreleased stuff from the tv shows as possible. Anyway, bring it on.

Any possibility of autographed copies?

It's definitely only from the TV series. At least I'm sure it is.

Has to be an April fools joke. They would never announce it on a Friday as Tuesday is there announcement day. And it does raise questions about how much additional music could be on there.

I'm sure the Goldsmith credit probably just applies to the use of the NEXT GENERATION & VOYAGER title themes.

Except that April 5th is "First Contact" day, the Star Trek equivalent of Star Wars's "May the 4th...". And the updated Directors Edition premieres on Paramount Plus that day too. So sales would trump jokes.
