I'm getting less and less concerned about individual Holy Grail titles, probably because I've given up hope, after so many decades, of ever seeing any of them. Rather, my idea of a Holy Grail is almost anything from wonderful SPECIFIC COMPOSERS who are very poorly represented... This is exactly my point of view too The change in the business of soundtrack releases, has unfortunately been decided for many years. And there will never again be such a wide range of soundtrack releases as a decade before. I have accepted that, because I can't change it. I haven't waited for a special soundtrack release in years. Therefore, I can never be disappointed in release announcements for years. Whatever may come, that's coming. Every CD release of a soundtrack makes my life a bit richer. But every soundtrack that is not released on CD does not make my life poorer. I can not lose something, which unfortunately I have never owned. Fortunately, so many soundtracks have been released in the past 25 years that probably no one would have thought possible 35 or 40 years ago. So we should be happy about what we have for the rest of our lives.
