It's one of my favorites.

Didnt eastwood have a similar brief laboratory glimpse opposite Rock Hudson?
He tells that old story of having to give up the pair of lab goggles he had chosen for himself when Hudson tried on all the pairs available on set and didnt like any

I’d love a proper Green Hornet movie. The last one was so miscast with Seth Rogan.

I think the Hudson film was Never Say Goodbye. 1956

RAMEAU:

I did the Clint Eastwood/REVENGE OF THE CREATURE trivia a long time ago---if I remember correctly, Eastwood was searching for a lost lab mouse in his lab coat or something like that.

I also posted the trivia that Eastwood was the fighter pilot who killed the giant tarantula in TARANTULA which co-starred Mara Corday, who later played the waitress in the Dirty Harry scene with the classic line, "Go ahead---make my day."

Yeah, Mr Dragon, Clint's been around a long time (he's 92!), so there's a lot of trivia. I like the fact that Clint took the colt he used on Rawhide to Italy to use on A Fistful Of Dollars, & then returned to the US to film season seven of Rawhide, then filmed For A Few Dollars More & returned to the US for the final season of Rawhide.

I remember the Dollars films coming think & fast, that's because Fistful opened in the UK in 1966 (I went to see it), & by then For a Few Dollars More had already been filmed & they were filming The Good The Bad & The Ugly.
