Hardly any of his scores are being discussed here and the only other thread I could find was completely ignored by everyone - even though it is related to one of the best scores of its year... here is a brief sample of that score right at the beginning of this compilation...
one of them was released by Rambling Records- Le Sommet des Dieux... the other one is TIMBUKTU from Milan, but it seems that both are OOP... That's all...
He's been on my radar for a while. I think I've even sampled a few things that didn't immediately grab me. But thanks for the heads-up; some good stuff here that warrants more exploration.
He's been extremely busy over the last decade and there are some projects that didn't really grab me as well... but when he gets the right project, he always delivers. Especially his GRAND HOTEL was one of the top scores of its year.
I was so smitten by his Secrete of the Nile score that I look forward to each new score...although none of them has appealed as much (with the exception of Summit of the Gods, which I adore). Will check this new one out.
