They may just be busy or overloaded with orders. Make sure any reply is not going into your Spam/Junk/Bulk E-mail folder, and that you're using a reputable ISP or E-mail provider that wouldn't be on a globally common blacklist.

I can speak only for myself, but I tried it two times within the last few months via your "Contact Us"-site (filling in the e-mail address and comments/questions etc...). Never got a reply.
