Just watched this arty drama horror tonight and thought it was great, although definately not for everyone. Alice Krige’s in it though and she is sensational in everything because she is a freakin’ awsome actress! Another brilliant score from Clint Mansell accompanies the weird and wonderful images. The waltz style theme really gets in your head and I’d been loving the soundtrack before seeing the film. He really is great at this stuff and if you’re a fan of his it’s another winner. Sadly looks like another digital/ Vinyl only release but at least it’s released. Thought anyone?
Didn't even know about this movie, but I love Clint Mansell so I'll definitely check out the soundtrack - although I'm not exactly sure how, since I don't stream and am sporadic with vinyl purchases. Bring back the f-ing CD!
I'm guessing it's on YouTube so I'll probably find it there, but it's really annoying not to be able to purchase the score in my format of choice. It's why I've lost track of Mansell's more recent work.
