Fond memory of watching Pat as Prunella in the 60's Television Production of CINDERELLA.

Here she is with Barbara Ruick (the first Mrs. John Willams) who played her sister. May they both Rest in Peace.

Sad to hear. In addition to her voicework as Ursula, she was quite funny as the stepsister with the creaky knee in the Lesley Ann Warren version of the Rodgers and Hammerstein Cinderella.

Edit: Thanks for posting her rendition of the Stepsisters’ Lament with Barbara Ruick, Zooba.

She certainly chewed up the scenery in The Little Mermaid. RIP.

Holy cow she was still around?! As a kid she was first & foremost The Danny Thomas Show but a close second was that Cinderella which I saw when it first aired and every rerun. She was a riot.

R.I.P.. Pat Carroll "Cinderella" is also noteworthy as Rodgers & Hammerstein's only musical for television, and featured no less than THREE Oscar winners (Ginger Rogers, Celeste Holm, and Jo Van Fleet), and the wife of future one (Barbara Ruick), and was repeated on C.B.S. until '74. She was also notable as Charley Halper's wife on "Make Room For Daddy/The Danny Thomas Show". Pat's now up there with Barbara Ruick, Walter Pidgeon, Celeste Holm, Jo Van Fleet, Stuart Damon, Richard Rodgers, Oscar Hammerstein, and John Green. May they all Rest In Peace. Now only Lesley Anne Warren's left.
