Nobody's mentioned a Bernard Herrmann theme yet - and nothing creeps me out more than his main title for Brian DePalma's "Sisters."

Amazed that Goldsmith's Magic hasn't yet been mentioned.

Likewise, Frontiere's Don't Go to Sleep.

Judging from the last named, I bet you can't go to sleep listening to it. I liked Frontiere's scores for "The Unknown" (unsold television pilot) and "A Name For Evil" of which both scores were put on C.D. from La La Land.

We can’t forget Charles Bernstein’s unnerving The Entity

Creepy as creepy can get: The Legend of Hell House by Delia Derbyshire, Brian Hodgson and Dudley Simpson (uncredited).

Pity the tapes are (apparently) lost. Love the bass clarinet.

You will note on the first page of this thread that I named Herrmann and cited among his works the score for "Sisters."

Let’s not forget that Disney has it’s fair share of creepy music, such as this piece by Leigh Harline for their first feature-length animated film:

I think this theme is kind of creepy: Hereditary: "Hail, Paemon!" by Colin Stetson

Completely missed that. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Sisters is creepy.

Herrmann's SISTERS, Shore's DEAD RINGERS (especially the main title), and Herrmann's CAPE FEAR.

Eerie Heavy Echo (L-1214) - Spencer Moore. Used most famously in Night of the Living Dead.
