The soundtrack album contains Danny Elfman's early version of the score, while the actual score used in the film is his original work heavily-edited and re-tracked as well as additional score composed by Conrad Pope since the movie has experienced massive change during post production.
I haven't seen the movie but I guess it will be hard to match a earlier version of the music to what is eventually used in the final theatrical cut of the movie.
