I'm torn on this title specifically. I recently picked up the original Intrada album release. I liked a few of the tracks but on the whole it left me cold. I guess a sale like this is one reason to take the plunge but I'm worried I'll just end up whittling down to those same few tracks I already have.

Mike, the original Intrada CD has all the highlights of the score so if you're not that into what you have then I'd say skip the 2CD version. Save the funds for what you're sure you want.

Agreed. It took me a few listens to understand this one. I just got the blu witn a terrific John Takis commentary & iso score - only boosted my appreciation further.
I will add, if you appreciate.synths, you will miss the film version of The Plan. I adore both - the well known 9min album version is 80s Jerry bliss.
The recently unleashed FV is all synth madness. This is the key thing you would miss here...
