For those who missed out on the Varese Box set, all scores are now available digital
Yes, the scores from 1-6 are at iTunes with their album programs plus the additional bonus tracks taken from poor sounding film stems in mono (as they were on the Varese Box set), still missing some music. I know it was all that could be found and I liked specially that some of the superior Ken Harrison material from Part 3 was finally available, even if in less than ideal sound.
Could not find however the one proper expansion from the Varese Box, only the original album for Part 7: Wes Craven's New Nightmare (in the Box this score had the additional music included in a C&C program and with good sound - even if with some minor issues ["TV Show Source" and its overlay "Freddy's Back & Theme (Overlay)" are in separated tracks instead of mixed as they are in the film and in the album - but they also work as separate tracks - and "Chase's Blues" is edited, shorter than it was, in the album)].
