REY'S THEME is good, but my favorite is his RISE OF SKYWALKER theme.
"Rise of Skywalker" for me as well -- one of Williams' most glorious and inspiring themes of recent decades (particularly in the choral iteration toward the end of the film).
I genuinely can’t remember any theme from the sequels. I’m afraid, like the films themselves, I found the scores totally lacklustre.
For me the journeyman nature of the scores is best illustrated by the scene in Rise of Skywalker when Lando appears in the Falcon, leading the massive rebel fleet - that moment should have been scored with the most bombastic and triumphant version of the Star Wars theme ever but it just sounds like something that would round out the Star Wars Holiday Special. Contrast that with Alan Silvestri’s rousing music for the scene in Avengers: Endgame that the rebel fleet scene tried so hard to emulate - that is how to score a scene like that.
There is not a sequel trilogy. But there are scores for it. A simple glitch in the matrix... happens a lot these days... An example: We have 8 Game of Thrones OSTs but the show only lasted for 6 Seasons...
"Rey's Theme" is so much greater than Rey or any other character in the story, should be it. However, I haven't seen RISE OF THE SKYWALKER yet (nor listened to its score), though I have the movie on Bluray and the score on CD of course. So I still have to check that one out.

That explains why there's a very recent, decent enough Blade Runner series that's being called a Star Wars series.
I love all the themes in The Force Awakens, easily one of my favorite Williams scores in recent years. Williams said at the time he felt newly inspired by the movie and I believe him. Nothing in the two follow up scores (or movies) made much of an impression on me.
The Rise Of Skywalker title theme recently displaced Rey's Theme as my favourite from the sequel/remake trilogy. I also really like The Rebellion Is Reborn from TLJ and The March Of The Resistance from TFA. So the film's weren't a complete bust.
