Björk did the music for (and also starred in) Lars von Trier's Dancer in the Dark (2000). She's not really known as a film composer, though.

Camarata - though I don't know if he composed for film.

I know him as a one-named wonder for his Alice in Wonderland Disney album. Properly, I guess, "Tutti" Camarata. But it's one word on that album at least.

Frank DeVol took only the last name of "DeVol" for his film scoring credits and credits as a recording artist (this was done at the suggestion of Mitch Miller when he signed him at Columbia Records) and "Frank DeVol" for his work as an actor.

Yeah, I knew him as an actor - and of course the bandleader on Fernwood 2 Night - long before I recognized him as a composer. Always thought that was quite a cool combo of talents, you should pardon the expression.
