Has anyone placed an order recently with Tadlow and received it? I sent an order on December 5th and have heard nothing since. My payment was received. I emailed James 3 times since but no reply. I used the same email address I have used before to order or corrrespond with James. He's always been very prompt in replying. I hope he is well. Is there an alternative way to message him? I know he sometimes responds to questions here. Thanks for any help.

I have ordered from Tadlow on February 16th; not received it yet. No shipping confirmation as of yet either.

I ordered from Tadlow almost two months ago and have not heard anything. I sent one email that has gone unanswered. I will plan on sending another in the next day or two. Definitely frustrating.

Same here.

Ordered 26 Dec 2022 and still no delivery.

Emails get an auto-reply to say Fitzgerald is out of the office and try again 'next week or some such.

I ordered a CD about a year ago and had a reply stating 'waiting for a repress'. More recent emails have been unanswered. I haven't taken it any further because I know he's been unwell. But if there are problems surely the simplest thing would have been to disable the ability to order discs from the Tadlow website?

Anyway, more than the fact I haven't received my order, I really hope that he's ok.

Same here, I placed an order end of January.
Haven't received any email confirming it or its shipment.

The UK postal service apparently had a cyber-attack in early January. I'm guessing this is the reason for your delayed shipments. I have 2 CD orders (not from Tadlow) and they still haven't arrived.

First Tadlow disappears from digital sites, now this. I knew I should have ordered the last few Rozsas I needed to complete my collection last year.

This is looking more like ploy by incompetent management. Like trying to remove a skid mark with a feather. I, recently, had stuff come through from Germany and Japan( and UK) quite quickly .

This is really worrisome. I have ordered from Tadlow in the past before, and usually the CDs arrived within a few days. Now soon it will be a month and nothing has happened.
So I am pretty sure something is not right, I just don't know what it is and what do do about it. In any case, I now e-mailed James directly as well. I really hope whatever it is that is going on, James will be alright.


PS: I got an response from James! He said he had been off ill, but is now getting back into action.

I am quite relieved to hear from him and I suppose that he has a lot of backlog to deal with. I am sure all orders will be fulfilled soon.

Great to hear that. I DON’T have any outstanding orders but I’m glad things appear to be looking up for him. He deserves our respect and good wishes.
