Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Black Widow, His Dark Materials, Top Gun: Maverick, The LEGO Batman Movie, Bad Boys for Life) has composed the original music for the upcoming comedy Ghosted. The film is directed by Dexter Fletcher (Rocketman, Eddie the Eagle) and stars Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Adrian Brody, Tate Donovan, Amy Sedaris, Tim Blake Nelson and Mike Moh. The romantic action adventure follows an alt-of-the-earth man who falls head over heels for an enigmatic woman, when he makes the shocking discovery that she’s a secret agent. Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick (Deadpool, Zombieland) wrote the screenplay with Chris McKenna & Erik Sommers (Spider-Man: No Way Home, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle). They are also executive producing the project with Evans, Jules Daly (The Tomorrow War, Jungleland) and Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg & Don Granger (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Jack Reacher). Ghosted will premiere on April 21, 2023 on Apple TV+.

I'm absolutely in love with Balfe's score for Tetris (the complete opposite of a fast food score: a bonafide vintage synth banger!) but this movie looks like it will have the kinda Balfe score you expect: serviceable for a movie you'll forget you watched/heard mere hours later.
