Welcome back!smile

I would love Conti's ROCKY, ROCKY II, ROCKY III, ROCKY V and ROCKY BALBOA! The film versions and V and BALBOA, I can't believe they haven't been released yet!

Yeah, I hear ya! La La Land basically took the Conti Karate Kid Box Set from Varese and perfected it and then re-released the scores separately. If only they could do something like that for the Rocky scores. 2021 was a missed window for the 45th anniversary. Maybe the 50th in 2026? Would suck to have to wait that long tho!

For me:

Exterminate all the brutes - Alexei Aigui

Nosferatu - Christopher Young

X-men the Animated series 1992 - Ron Wasserman. (X-men 97 will likely get a digital release with the series)

The Real Ghostbusters would be a miracle.

Can’t wait to see what other door Mike Matessino has been knocking on.

That would be welcome, or this pilot score for Dark Angel.

Not sure what you mean by "unreleased" when you include scores such as THE MISSION or THE LAST SAMURAI or ROCK IV, all of which have been released.

Waiting on C&C remasters for “The Mission” and “The Last Samurai”. Rocky 4 is not on my list. I only listed Bill Conti, not Vince DiCola.

And lemme add one more to my list: “Jesus Of Nazareth” (1977) by Maurice Jarre, quite LITERALLY a “holy” grail. Lol!

Hans Zimmer - A League Of Their Own (1992)

A Zimmer is coming from Intrada at some point, hopefully this year. Fingers crossed it's finally League.

Another wishlist item, obscure though it may be, is Zbigniew Preisner's The Secret Garden (1993). The OST must be pretty close to complete, but I'd love a reissue with upgraded sound.

Yes, that one definitely needs an expanded remastered edition, or even a new recording. Great score.

Yeah, the CD releases we've gotten until now (including that "supposedly" remastered one from 2010) have all had abysmal sound quality. Like they were transferred right from the vinyl and with it came all those cracks and pops as well as a ton of hissing. Can La La Land or Intrada be the "savior" for Jarre's Nazareth? Lol

I loved Secret Garden as a kid. I remember being 9 years old when the movie came out in 1993 and having a crush on Kate Maberly. Lol!

But yeah, I always thought if anyone was gonna do League it was gonna be La La Land. Funny, the jazzy cues in this score always reminded me a little bit of Horner's very similar work in Batteries Not Included (1987). In fact, Horner coulda scored League and came out with something just as moving and just as patriotic.
