A very good friend of mine let me know that my score to "The Creep Behind the Camera" is #10 on SAE's top ten best selling CD soundtracks list. Took me totally by surprise. I know the score got some good reviews and great support from Movie Score Media, but since the film itself never really found an audience the CD itself never really sold well.
So, I go check out the listing, and yes, it's there - #10 on the list of best sellers. But I think I found the reason: It's on sale for literally forty five cents. That's right, 45¢.

I feel your pain at scoring something that probably won't get seen. I've just finished work on a little indie film where I was tasked with doing Star Trek TOS music, Twilight Zone-style music, a space action cue, and a few more modern soundscape pieces (it's a very schizophrenic film). Great fun, but I will make zero dollars off the project, and if anyone sees it outside of a film festival I'll be shocked.
Hey John, I think it’s neat to have one of “us” hit it in one way or another. Good for you. Many moons ago an Argentine member here sent me a soundtrack he had composed down there and it was nice giving it the old FSFan’s stand-alone evaluation.
