Received my replacement disc the other day.

The center spindle has an "03" whereas my faulty earlier copy had "02" there. Probably pressing run/batch #. I know some have been wondering how they'd identify the faulty one if, say, a Discogs or eBay seller lists this title, even months or years from now. You could ask the seller to please check what this number value is.

Very helpful... just wondering how you get a hold of this information if you need it. smile

So many CDs have got replacement discs over the years, I somewhat lost track.

After three weeks in customs I finally got confirmation today it's ready to leave for delivery. After paying (again) €17,38 in VAT and custom clearance because the value for a single replacement cd was set at €54,19.

Anyone else had this much trouble with getting the replacement?

*e-mailing Misty...again*

Update 14-9, after almost 4 weeks the replacement arrived today. Full of scuffs and scratches. I'm so done with this City Hall-trainwreck...

Received my replacement disc today (via SAE), in a small envelope, inside a larger box.

Have these issues been fixed? I take it that the "problems" with Mouse Hunt will not be fixed.

Landed, and it's the 'correct version' with a 3 on the disc itself. Assuming if you order now, the bad batch is gone.

I've always loved this score, it was always nice to get an adult drama from Maestro G, to balance the action works. Those nights when you want to hear some Goldsmith, but not the full might of the National Philharmonic or 5/8, 11/4 meters kicking your arse. Just a bit of Scotch, unwind to moody horns and bass clarinet.

Interesting history in the essay by the impeccable Tim Grieving, classy production (lazy cover is forgiven, since it's not a Big Production that likely had numerous artisty drawn up for it).
Recommended cos.....Jerry.

No 5/8, no 11/4 = No Sale.
