I need to find someone to decode this tracking update from two weeks ago and nothing has happened since... "Your shipment was received at 8:00 pm on September 18, 2023 in LOS ANGELES, CA 90009. The acceptance of your package is pending." how exactly can be "shipment received" and "acceptance pending" at the same time? When package is received to transport doesn't it mean it had been accepted? Makes no f++++ sense! I've seen that same thing with packages being shipped within the USA via multiple carriers. I believe "shipment received" simply means the shipment information has been entered into their system, but they're still awaiting its arrival from their shipping partner.
