Excited to see what's different from the double set. Fantastic artwork. They'll make a wonderful looking pair.

My favorite JP film score. This is a brilliant score of terror and adventure.

I was hoping this would be coming. I did not buy the previous box set, and it was one of my few regrets over the past few decades of not double-dipping.

I love both of these scores; both GORKY PARK and LOST WORD are favorites of mine. LOST WORLD is John Williams at his best; I actually enjoy this score more than JURASSIC PARK (even though both are good scores, not doubt). Still, LOST WORLD packs more punch and is more exciting, its main theme is one of my favorite Williams themes. Since I love these two scores a lot, I am actually well set with these, and have already several issues of both. :-) But it's great to see THE LOST WORL re-released, should always be in print.

I am very excited about this release and hope there are improvements from the previous one. So happy about all these John Williams expansions through the years. I mean... 1941, Minority report, A.I. E.T., Superman, Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List, Towering inferno, Sabrina, Always, Harry Potter... But there is a big BUT. His magnum opus in film music is the Star Wars music. All his Star wars work. This is the music that has to be available for all of us. In a complete form, ideally mastered by Mike Matessino. Indiana Jones would be second. But those scores should also be available in complete form. Hope we get these... Anyway I will keep buying whatever they give us and hoping that someday we will get Indy and Star wars complete.

Hope MV or M Matessino are able to clear things up soon. We've got less than a week until it's up for order. We'll be able to see what's different on Monday.
