I see from his tour schedule that this was in Elmont, New York.
Interestingly, the song lyrics for this 1960 film song were written by (then) teen heartthrob Pat Boone.

Did Pat Boone write anything else. Words or music?

I have a recording of Pat Boone singing the title song to the 1962 film The Main Attraction ... according to IMDb Pat Boone was composer and co-lyricist with Jeff [True Grit (1969)] Corey (score by Andrew Adorian).

As much as I love Ernest Gold's majestic theme to Exodus ... and I like the vocals I have of the the song derived therefrom (Al Martino, Matt Monro & Andy Williams): This Land Is Mine this demonstrates why a film score composer is not necessarily a song-writer and vice versa.

I had a sheet music copy of a song that Pat wrote (words and music) for JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH
called (appropriately) "To The Center of the Earth" which (thankfully) was not used in the film. Actually, I recently
sent it to a personal friend who lives in North Hollywood and who is a personal friend of Pat Boone to try to have him
autograph it for me. Pat's 89 years old now.

Check the song out:

This topic kind of reminds me of the obligatory pop song that films featuring a pop singer in the cast released concurrently
with the film's release to try to cash in on the film while it was in the theaters. Any one remember Frankie Avalon
singing "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" - kinda cheesy but enjoyable. Song is credited to Russel Faith.
