Oh gosh, hundreds. METROPOLIS, in particular, has received a myriad of new scores.
One of my favs is an electronic score by a friend of mine, Gisle Martens Meyer (aka Ugress), who provided a delicious new score for the Swedish silent film HÄXAN. I know it's not everybody's cup of tea, but this is my favourite cue of that score:
