Last night: curry n rice, samosas(£1.78 for 6),duck spring rolls(£3.92 for 12),chicken pekoras(£7 for a pile), onion bhajis(£178 for 5)

Last night: a favourite- chicken legs. This time with some left over curry n rice. No picture, use your imagination Tonight : some.noodles with a coconut n soy broth. They were OK. And were going cheep , wouldn't pay full price for them.

Today's lovely breaky: sausage, egg, mushrooms, black pudding on a bap.

Breaky today: Gelreek flat bread with mozzarella,pepperoni and mushrooms.

Today's tea: noodles with sweet n sour suce/dip and breast of lamb- the 'floppy ends'as dad calls it,i.e the bits with no bone in.

Breaky today: stuffed( well, in a fashion) mushrooms. The filling was chopped- onion, radish, bell pepper, tomato, avocado and chilli tomato paste. All topped with grated cheese.

Tonight: an old favourite- (homemade) chips, beans, egg and (3 chillis) sausage- they are buried under the chips.

Today's breakfast: some waffles( not had.them in donkey's), mackerel, and the mix was onion, bell pepper,radish, carrot mushroom and avocado.
