The recent talk in various threads about highlighting less-talked-about scores reminded me of a new column that I recently launched on Celluloid Tunes -- i.e. a handful of brief, one-paragraph-long capsule reviews of various new (and sometimes old) scores/soundtracks that I think are worth checking out. Nice song, with that Manchester beat to boot that was popular at the time. And a little bit of that Enigma/Era/Deep Forest vibe. As I say in the article, I wish more of Hildenbeutel's score was in the style of the first track. More electronic, less heist lounge.
