I saw this trailer last night at a movie. Wasn't sure I was interested as it just seemed to praise John Woo for action, and it showed a lot of car crashes. Then I read today Ebert's review which made me more interested.
It appears there is no dialogue in this movie, just a "ballet of violence." It seems to be a homage to Sergio Leone. Beltrami's score plays through about 80% of the movie. The last line says, "The movie is music." It might be worth a viewing.

Whoa, cool. I've always been a Woo fan, but I was not aware of this new film (nor Beltrami's involvement). Sounds like a film up my alley, and perhaps a return to Woo's action roots.
Thor, let us know what you think if you see this movie. The whole "ballet-violence" reminds me of Sam Peckinpah's The Wild Bunch. Those words were used when describing that movie.

Ah, so one of the delayed Black Friday titles is coming in 2023 after all! I'm glad this one wasn't delayed until January. It just makes more sense in December...

Excited to see that LLL has not only the physical but also digital rights here. Maybe it’s tacky to ask, but anyone know whether purchasing the digital or the CD benefits the label more?
