Very cool! I missed it when it was first out and have never wanted to pay eBay prices for it.

Very cool.
I have the original edition but look forward to more music, probably improved sound and in film order too.
Top 10 Horner score for me.

I hate that I’m getting old enough to be buying expanded releases of big deal special releases frown

For anyone who hasn’t seen it, here’s Horner rehearsing and conducting the main title: https://youtu.be/uuifKU2NNfU?feature=shared

I've missed previous releases but won't miss this one. Hopefully, Battle Beyond the Stars is back in stock in time to get them together.

Why do they have to be pitted against each other? They are both brilliant scores for two very different creative visions/cuts of the film. And I’m so grateful to Intrada for bringing both to us, complete!

Great, now I can fill that void in my collection. I have the Delerue score, but not this one.

I think the original release will do me just fine, but I'm curious what extras/ additional music is on this edition (my wallet mildly worried).

So unexpected!! I'm delighted! I missed the previous edition and I thought I'd never get a chance to get my hands on it.

Same here, however, having heard both scores, personally, the Delerue is a vastly superior.

I think the original release will do me just fine, but I'm curious what extras/ additional music is on this edition (my wallet mildly worried).

As my memory recalls, only the opening cue is presented a heard in the film. The rest of the previous Intrada release is a specie edit and arrangement [h]Horner made a long time ago, so much of the score as heard in the film, will be premiering. Then, of course, the rest of the unreleased score and source cues (like the funeral parade).

think Horner replaced Goldsmith in re release expanded CDs turn smile
good times for people missing some titles in the first run.

i like much of Horners early years and were completist till aprox. 1992-1993
We had more luck with the runnig time of Horner CDs instead of other composers often short albums, so there is not so much urge to buy all things again, and i found some of Horners Albums are long (and somtimes to long) enough.

But good times for Horner Fans and the ones that are late in the business
