SEASON 1:
Series from 1971 that lasted one season. It was created by co-star Don Adams. All episode scores are by Richard Hazard unless otherwise noted. The short percussion theme music not used on all episodes and dropped about halfway into the series, was composed by Lalo Schifrin. The replacement "theme" appears to be an edit job of a Schifrin cue. Attention readers: I have been using a system that is nothing more than a note to myself; for cues that I want to include in a suite one day, for now on I will denote them with ^ symbol. It has no special meaning to anyone else but myself. No, the lack of an up arrow symbol doesn't mean the cue is bad (it just may have too much SFX or FX for suite use or just isn't worth my time to edit and include). Hence forth this system will be in all future threads and pre-exiting threads that I go back to for missed episodes. Anything in ( ) are just notes to the arrow and you need not bother with that. The system does not mean that I will make a suite or that one has been made, it's simply for my own reference if and when I do decide to. "Here Comes the Fuzz" By: Lalo Schifrin https://ok.ru/video/7271992920779 Alternative link: https://ok.ru/video/6150298077699 Highlights: 0:00 in. Edgy dramatic music, that would not be out of place in a gritty 1970's cop drama film, is instead for a comedy series.^ 3:37 in.^ 11:17 in. Source music. 12:26 in.^ 12:59 in. Cue continues after commercial break.^ 14:02 in.^ 14:36 in.^ 17:48 in.^ 20:28 in.^ 21:08 in.^ 23:27 in.^ Good score that is mostly in the vein of the series' main theme as described above. This score is covered (alone) in suite #1 for Schifrin.

Yeah, I hope we get a release of the scoring. There were twenty episodes total, none are missing, and I have posted three (so far). One a day, Monday through Friday, -- barring being offline for some reason.

Continuing SEASON 1:
Sorry, track-job episode only today. And this is the only episode to not have a composer credited. "How Many Carats in a Grapefruit" TRACK JOB https://ok.ru/video/7272007207627 It occurred to me after a lady told a guy to look her up, that she's "in the book" (the phone book): there's a phrase [the general] nobody uses here in America anymore. I got to say, for a half-hour format comedy episode, the writers really went above the call of duty to make this absurdly intricate. (Score: 0:00 [opening cue from first episode], 0:38, 2:08, 5:22 [first: might be the closing cue from the prior episode], 8:01, 9:24, 10:32, 11:14, 12:54, 14:19, 17:01, 17:35, 18:07, 22:02, 23:01, and 23:59.) "Is that Lieutenant Ferguson?" "Yeah, I'd know that fist anywhere."

In fact, at one point the episode goes on for eleven minutes with no score. Jack Webb makes a cameo as police Commissioner Norton, but he's introduced with the "Dragnet" theme music (22:03 highlight); Walter does not get a credit for the "Dragnet" theme.
